Security Guard(s)

Potter County Sheriff’s Office is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of Courthouse Security Guard at the Potter County Courthouse, located at 2 East Second Street, Coudersport, PA.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and members of the public conducting business at the Potter County Courthouse. Primary responsibilities include monitoring courthouse entrances and exits, screening individuals entering the facility, enforcing courthouse security procedures, responding to security concerns, and assisting with the orderly operation of the courthouse.

The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and attentive in a public setting. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support courthouse operations and security.
